CHINA / OUD-VIETNAM – HAN – DYNASTIE (206 voor – 220 na Christus) sculptuur, een zgn zielenhuis, in aardewerk – ca 30 x 27 x 31 cm In de zuidelijke han-cultuur was het gebruikelijk om een maquette van het huis waarin men woonde mee te geven in het graf zodat de ziel zolang mogelijk bij het lichaam bleef vanwege het huiselijk contact. Uit de periode van de 10 eeuwen Chinese bezetting bestaat geen architectuur meer. Daarom zijn deze maquettes belangrijk omdat ze ons een idee geven over de architectuur in die periode.
