Mesopotamian/Busra Qur’an Section manuscript with 10 pages with 11 lines per page, written in Naskh and Thuluth scripts in black ink, with gold verse roundels and marginal gold and polychrome medallions. Surah headings executed in gold thuluth script. Attributed to the style of the famous calligrapher Sheikh Hamdullah, inscribed by ‘Ali al-Basri. Housed in deep red leather binding.
