German-American oil on paper (on canvas) with ” AB ” monogram for/attributed to Albert Bierstadt ref : a similar “Alpine landscape” painting (with approximately the same colors, brushstrokes, and craquelures) was sold under lot 336 of auction 371 on 22 and 23/3/2016 at Neumeister’s Sale in Munich (for 63,500 euros).
